About Dilan
Dilan Parekh is a photographer and videographer born and raised in Chicago, currently working in Minneapolis while attending the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
Actively working for The Minnesota Daily and as the Photo Editor, Dilan has gained extensive experience in sports, music, and marketing photography. Aside from photojournalism, Dilan has gained media experience in several different fields including sports broadcasting, aviation, and local government.
As the President of the University’s film production club, StudioU, Dilan has become proficient in industry-standard film equipment and serves a lead role in teaching aspiring filmmakers and hobbyists the fundamentals of filmmaking.
With his array of experience, Dilan is always looking to capture memorable moments in every scene.
